“Not good, for jet lag customwer, front give me the room 308, when I was so tired to sleep, I can hear all the noice surrounding by the pool. Make a phone call to clerk in front, but I was too tired to change the room, just show my good willingness remind them my situation, pay attention when customer looks really tired, arrange the room reall quite and stay away from those noisy facility. But the lady just insisted they did not make any fault, if I feel noisy, I should told them bala……

“Literally no amenities without asking...room not well cleaned...fridge not working properly, oven not working properly....piles of garbage outside by dumpster....”
