The property was well appointed and the communication from the owner was the best of any that we've experience staying in VRBO properties. "The condo was much nicer than expected, very modern, beautifully decorated and landscaped, clean, cozy, and well kept. I would give this 5 stars if the backyard was fenced in. It was a challenge to keep our dog contained in the small yard and the privacy from the tenants on either side was lacking. "I enjoyed my two week stay here. Travis was exceptional in responding to my requests. There were 47 steps which was unexpected but after hauling my stuff up- all went well. I enjoyed the pub below whose sound did not penetrate the unit. The location was great for my needs; good access to freeway; parking in the garage was easy. "Such a cute little basement suite that we are so happy we stumbled on. We come up to seattle once a year to catch a Mariners game & this Vrbo is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in here. The access to your own beach & dock are really the best highlights. But you also can walk to the light rail station(about 17 min walk) & the local park w/a fun splash pad(2 min walk). We loved that a kayak and paddle board were available as well. The suite itself was clean and everything worked as it should....
