“Great facility, modern, clean rooms, good food, plenty of areas to get a lounge chair. The staff are what killed me. Looks like they hate working there, you say thank you they don’t say welcome, you get to a bar they don’t ask you what you want and you feel almost info”

“Not as bad as some of the reviews suggest but not great. The pictures are real and it looks good. The service could be better, the restaurant booking system needs to improve. I would recommend it for families because there is a lot for kids to do and be distracted by. Would not recommend for adults or couples. Other than that, it was clean and well maintained. Some of the staff were friendly some not so much.”

“The property is beautiful, but unfortunately my stay had several issues. The biggest thing everyone should know is that there is an electricity usage limit. If you exceed it, you’ll be charged extra. This was especially frustrating because housekeeping left our lights on every day after cleaning, which likely increased our electricity usage. Since it’s very hot, the air conditioning is absolutely necessary. We also paid for a birthday package, but the birthday banner that was included was……
