「I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Grand fiesta’s Americana. The room was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The property was beautiful. They had four different pools. The beachfront was beautiful (lots of rocks but if you walk down there was a section you can swim in). The food was delicious (I ate at most restaurants- not all). And the staff were incredible. Highly recommend this resort. 」

「Beautiful property. At this price point, however, I expected top notch service and the resort seemed to be short staffed at times. I waited 1.5 hours before receiving help with a matter in my room. The resort also has strict booking policies for tours and their spa services. Overall still a luxury experience. 」

「room was wrong configuration , we asked for two queens and got one king. it did have a hide-a-bed. smaller property than most dreams, food option were therefore limited. food was good, but beach was in permanent black flag status, as the ocean is angry in that stretch. preferred rooms did not have butler service as is typical at this family of resort.」
