“The staff were exceptional especially the gentleman who delivered our room service. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name but we were in room 353 on the 26th Oct. You had an event on and were extremely busy but he was working so hard and delivered excellent service. We saw he was also still working at breakfast! Again he worked so hard and was so friendly. A real credit. We will definitely stay again when we visit the area. Thank you ”
