“The rooms need at least an option of having more light. I get the theme for the hotel, but still - the lack of light in the room was deeply inconvenient. The most disappointing part was the pool area. When I visited in 2022, the pool setup was absolutely amazing for summer - cocktails in a very elegantly done Moroccan themed poolside. Great vibes, great drinks. Now - all that is gone, and the pool cabanas aren’t even properly set up. This was a real disappointment as it was the key reason I’d……

“Very good hotel, staff amicable and very helpful, I intended to drop down luggage in early morning at 9:00but to my surprise they told me I could check in because the room had been ready. Clean and food was good as well.”

“There were build works outside by terrace overlooking lake with cement mixer and angle grinder cutting stone most of the day the Saturday I was there . Not the best idea with patrons sitting there by temporary plastic tape eating and drinking . Perhaps a fencing of sorts to obscure the works ?”
