Irma was a fantastic cook & very helpful with all our requests and questions about where (bank, groceries, shopping)& how to go (bus, taxi) and what to do.

This place was perfect for our group!

The condo is very close to the beach and perfect for our group. Irma made the trip worth every cent! I wanted a place that felt like we were staying in mexico. Can not beat this place for the price! I would stay here again.

The property is amazing! Best place to stay since it’s close to the airport and close to amazing restaurants. Steve (the owner) is responsive and kind. Irma is so nice and amazing. Can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous view, great location

This was our second time staying here and loved every minute! Irma and Lisa were wonderful, spoiling us and creating the most delicious meals. The villa was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.The location is fabulous with a beach often times to ourselves and Navious restaurant a 3 minute walk down the street. Navious is a must as the atmosphere is amazing and the food excellent. Steve was very responsive to any questions. We hope to make a third trip next year!

Perfect getaway!

This was the second time our family of seven stayed here (ages 10 to adult). The property, grounds, pool and beach are all beautiful; the space is comfortable and roomy; the location is superb; and Irma's cooking was phenomenal. We couldn't have asked for a more welcoming host. She's amazing!

Beautiful location. Quiet and safe.

Stayed 5 nites. No issues with the property. Ms. Irma kept the place spotless. Cold AC in every room. A few steps from the beautiful beach. Security provided umbrellas and chairs to use by the beach. Awesome place.

Great Time!

We've traveled a lot and lived in Asia. Property was well kept. The owner responsive. The housekeeper/Chef was perfect. The pool and beach spot on. I don't think it could have been better!

Amazing

Home is fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone. Literally steps to the beach and pool! Grounds at property are well maintained and staff are all very friendly and helpful. Beach was mostly empty as was pool which was perfect for our group. And Irma's cooking was such a treat! We will definitely be back!

Very convenient for families, right next to beach and pool, housekeeper was the best part

Ideal for families. Great view and easy access to the beach. Pool is steps away and nice for younger children. But Irma, the housekeeper, was the best part. She made us feel at home and welcome. Cooked for us almost every meal. We felt like she was part of the family by the end of the trip. Really great!!!!

Great location with a beautiful view, all amenities included, just show up!!

We will definitely return to Villas Nizuc, Irma (the chef and housekeeper) made our stay so carefree and authentic that we truly had a relaxing vacation! Best spot on the strip away from the crowds and no need to rush for a lounge chair by the pool in April! Taking the bus downtown was super easy to do and the gate guards were helpful with booking our taxi to the airport. The condo was very clean and good value for money!!!

Wonderful experience the property owner was so responsive to every need and questions.

Excellent!

This condo is fantastic and all the reviews and pictures are accurate. Our group of 6 were very comfortable, Irma is the best and prepared incredible food for us, and Steve the host was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all my questions. Since I planned our trip I sincerely appreciated the communication I had with Steve. You will have no regrets renting this condo.

Perfect quiet location

Property is on southern end of Cancun tourist area. Close enough to be convenient (busses are easy) yet far enough away for peace and quiet! Beach and ocean is across a lawn and down some steps - or hang out at the pool. Condo is great! Spacious and comfortable. Our extended family of 8 were very comfortable! We will come back!

Best Vacation spot!

Beautiful view and a wonderful location!! The house was spotless, roomy and ample space for 2 families of 4. The review for this property will be incomplete without praising Irma, who is the housekeeper & personal chef available at the property. She is a wonderful lady, amazing cook, and cooks for you like she would fir her own family. She always has a smile. Loved all the local dishes she made for us. If you want to visit Cancun and relax/unwind and spend time together with family, this is undoubtedly the place to stay!

Summer Vacation

Our family of 8 stayed for a week and most definitely enjoyed the property. It was very peaceful and private. Irma was amazing! She shopped, cooked and cleaned for us almost daily and she is a joy to be around. The only less than positive item that we encountered was the pool lifeguard was a bit over the top but once we completely understood him there weren't any issues.

Perfect family get away

Perfect place for us and our family. We loved being right near the beach and having a pool. We were able to see turtles laying their eggs on the beach which was an additional bonus. Everything was clean and in a more private area on the hotel zone. It was easy to catch the bus in front of the condo. Irma was there to clean and she cooked several lunches and four dinners for us. She was a delight and a great cook. We had a wonderful time. The owner was great at communicating with us and responded quickly to any inquiries that we had. We highly recommend this place and would love to go again!

This was our third time coming and once again Irma and Steve delivered. We had a wonderful week long escape from the brutal winter weather to sunshine , white sand beach, and clear water. Irma cooked us our favorite dishes, did all the groceries, and even make cocktails for us. Steve was always at hand to ensure an enjoyable stay and to solve any problems that could arise. We will definately be returning soon. Highly recommended. Thank You again.

Best experience ever!!

We just returned from our vacation at Villas Nizuc. We were completely impressed with everything especially Irma! She did all the shopping at several places to get the best prices and her food was amazing!! The condo was not updated but still nice and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. We could walk right out to the pool or the beach within a few steps which was a huge plus! We kept hearing about violence and our family was concerned with us going but I have to say the security staff was great and never did we feel unsafe anywhere we went in Cancun. We cannot wait to return!!

Best holiday

We were 5 adults and 2 grandchildren and had our best family holiday here. We got the airport shuttle at the booth in the airport and booked the return trip at the same time (they picked us up exactly on time 10 days later). The condo was perfect for us. Extra large bedrooms, all with ensuites; walkout to the patio with its beautiful view of the sea; 4' and 2' pools which were great for adults and children alike; the sea and beach just yards away; the kids loved exploring the peninsula by Club Med just a short walk away along the beach; great cooking by Irma which we ended up having every day; we picked up the bus into town and malls a couple of days but the nearby corner store and great location meant we were very happy staying just where we were!
