Moon Palace Cancun - All-Inclusive

10/10 Excellent

"Amazing resort from top to bottom. Staff was extremely friendly, good amount of amenities and activities throughout the facility, the pools and bars were great, the beach was nice (but full of sargassum). The food was 7/10. My ONLY complaint is that they don’t have elevators for the rooms. The lobby is on the second floor, and the pool is on the first floor. So no matter what you do, there isn’t a floor that doesn’t require you to go up or down stairs to get to where you are going. They put us on the third floor. We have kids, so this was very tedious with a stroller. All in all, I’d still give this resort a 10/10 because the entire experience was amazing. A lot of people wouldn’t recommend it, but take the 90 Minute ‘Timeshare’ presentation so that you can get 2 days of day passes for The Grand. It’s worth it to spend two days over there and eat at the restaurants and go to the waterpark."

"I had an amazing stay at RIU Palace Kukulkan! The resort was beautiful, spotless, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my trip. The food and drinks exceeded my expectations, and my Elite Club Ocean Front room had an incredible view that made the stay even more special. The beach and pools were fantastic, and I always felt relaxed and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great adults-only all-inclusive in Cancun, and I can't wait to come back!"

"Honestly the place was good. Food was okay. Rooms r decent. We had only one elevator in our building that was horrible, most of the time we would use the stairs. And the check in process was horrible. We didn’t get our room till 3:30 mind u check in is at 3. And if I wasn’t putting pressure on them it wouldn’t be done till then either."

"The staff was amazing! From the breakfast team to the bartenders to the welcome staff. Everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless, and housekeeping surprised us each day with adorable towel animals and other thoughtful touches, which we really appreciated. We also had a beautiful view from our room that made our stay even more enjoyable."
