This is the 3rd time I stay in this hotel and I have never been disappointed. Very freindly staff clean rooms and facility easy access to lots of places either walking or taking the public transportation. The beach right across the street is excellent to spend the day. I will definately return and do recommend.

What i really liked about this property is the dining area and the pool area. The views of the lagoon are amazing. Unfortunately the room i got was not in the best condition. The location of the property is great, the cafe staff stood out to me the most, they were very attentive and polite. I would stay here again for the location and price.

Really well located especially for going to isla Mulheres. All the receptionist were sympathic and helpful. Restaurant was good. For the property of the room it was not perfectly clean. I recommend the hotel.

The check in and check out process was quick. Property is beautiful, however, there's obvious signs of neglect. I spent 6 days there and the same table by the pool area remained in the floor, no one picked it up. Room furniture had humidity and I found an old cranberry underneath their telephone, so that suggests how important cleanliness is for the hotel and their staff. At the restaurant, Esperanza was great. Not a lot of food variety, but overall a nice experience.

This property is very good for a for several reasons, first the rates are very good. I think it's because it's on the lagoon side. It's located almost directly in front of langosta beach which in my opinion is one of the most beautiful public beaches in the hotel zone. The pool was also a nice size. Starbucks in the lobby, it's on the bus line. It could use some new beds, no mini fridge or safe. Hard not to like the price and location if you don't need your hand held.

Ok stay

The hotel is at a noisy street. My first room was toward the street and was glad I could upgrade to a lagoon room. The view was nice and it was quiet. Serene location of the restaurant with view to the lagoon. Food was ok. I missed a coffee maker in the room. Ok stay for a few days.

Clean and affordable and quiet location - make sure room faces lagoon side as road side is not quiet at all. Easy bus to hotel zone and downtown Cancún. Easy walk to nearby beach. Hot water limited, pressure bad, toilet didn't flush properly and water dripping in room from level above . Breakfast bad - bread always stale . Room service wonderful and great meals

Clean hotel with friendly staff in need of updates

Hotel looks great and has nice facilities, however the rooms are very tired and badly in need of updating. built ins have places that are coming apart, they have been repaired but not nicely. Beds were comfortable but the pillows are very old and need to be replaced. The staff works constantly to keep everything clean and nice, they were all very friendly and helpful. Overall OK but could easily be great with some TLC

the rooms with "good rate" are the ones close to the street; and it's very close to the street which has a speed limit of 70km/hr! the engine noise is huge even approaching midnight. also the so called "free breakfast included" is a catch: it's turned out to be a very minimal "continental" breakfast: two pcs of sliced bread and a little bit fruit is all you'll get; and it must be served by the staff (so you can't take more )...
