「We had a wonderful stay! The owner was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The house was clean and comfortable! The location was convenient and right off the boards. The only two things that I would complain about are the queen beds and the hot water. The queen beds are less than desirable on the comfort level. The water doesn’t get super hot even on the highest level. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and won’t hesitate to rent here again!」

My fault for not noticing in the description that it’s a second floor apartment, which was fine for us but noting here as it’s alot of steps and would be difficult for folks with mobility issues. It would be good if the site mentioned on the listing that you access the apartment in the back staircase just in case renters would find it difficult to climb a set of stairs to get to the apartment. 「I took my teen daughter and two of her friends down for a week!! Usually we visit family in the Villas and I have to drive them to the beach/boardwalk. This year was amazing because we were in walking distance to the beach, Duffers and so much more. This rental was very quaint and just enough space for the four of us!!
