"Everyone that we dealt with from David the manager that was on top of trying to help us out anyway he could. The servers we had different ones since we went in a group for our cousin’s wedding they were all great. The cleaning lady that I didn’t get her name was so helpful and nice always asking what was needed as well as Josefa and Fabiola that did the entertaining part by the pool they were great. "First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

"El Conquistador is a nice resort with multiple pools and a beautiful view. We had an ocean view room in the La Brisas section of the hotel on the 3rd floor and that was the ideal location because you can access it from either the inside elevators or the outdoor stairs by the pool which was more convenient. I don't recommend getting a room at the marina due to the amount of time getting from the main hotel with all the pools, restaurants and bars. You have to take the funicular to access the...
