There were some disappointing issues with this property. The biggest issue was the MOUSE INFESTATION. We observed several mice in the house & requested service from the prop mgr. The mice continued to run around the house, we caught 3 on the glue traps but there are more (see pic). On our arrival day the temps were hot & the house was very warm. We moved 1 of our couples to the game room in the basement (murphy bed) as the 3rd flr was just too hot. We looked but found no fans to help with the heat so reached out to mgmt for assistance as they had sent out a generic email for renters to use the fans in the closet to cool things down. They didn't have any fans on our first full day but brought 3 of them on our second day. The game room wasn't as useful because we had to turn it into a bedroom but one of the pinball machines was broken and remained that way for our stay. The main living space is very nice and the best part of the house. Given the size of the room a larger TV with a much simpler system for sound would be nice. We required help from mgmt to figure out the sound. The supplied binder w/ instructions was dated & not accurate. The master suites that share a bathroom are very nice but the other spaces are tired and nothing special. We found it odd that this very lg house with 8 guests only had 4 chairs & a small table (see picture) outside. We loved sitting there but were limited to 4 people. Seems they are doing the bare minimum on this property. Overall Disappointed.
