"This was our first stay with Our Lady, Mary Angeline, of St. Ignace, and hopefully, with God's grace, it will not be our last. Impeccable to a T, this property is like stepping back in time to a perfectly preserved victorian home. The natural woodwork, the furnishings and the cleanliness were all outstanding. And all with a beautiful view of the bay. The only thing I would strongly suggest is that all the beds are full size, which are way too small for a property of this caliber. Queen sized...

"Great little stopover. Simple room, but ideal location for getting around in Mackinac City and to the ferry to go across to Mackinaw Island. Could leave our vehicle right at the VRBO and walk everywhere."

"House was extremely clean with comfy furniture and well stocked. Lester got back to me with answers to my questions right away. They even had local attractions and restaurant brochures to look at for making plans. The coffee, snacks and chocolate was a great treat!!! The location was great, close to town, and the trails. I couldn’t find the blow dryer that was listed. I didn’t pack mine because of the description, I was disappointed :(. A second bathroom would be great, but we made it work...

"100% attractively and thoughtfully renovated, only evidence of house’s age was stairs to bedrooms that are a bit steep and ceiling a bit low at top for 6’2” husband. We are 70 and it worked fine. Spotless new bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location 2 blocks from bike path was perfect. Convenient location,about 10 minutes to skiing, beach, and downtown Petoskey."

"Very convenient base to access all interesting spots in the Mackinac/St Ignace area. Restaurants, Grocery, kids’ park are within minutes. Very quiet for restful relaxation. A couple minor minuses; the oven would not heat up past 130, that made our home away from home cooking a bit interesting. A dishwasher would have been handy especially when staying with children. Overall, we all like the place and would book again."

"The place was cozy and clean, well stocked, generous offerings from the hosts. Super responsive hosts. The washer was not working in the unit and they immediately arranged for a backup situation so that we could get our laundry needs met."

"I loved the patio/sun room. It was quiet and peaceful and the bedrooms, living room,bathroom and kitchen were fine. The garage had a gas odor from the water heater or boiler. The location was great and I'd come back again."

"Property was nice, everyone liked the size and location, however there were small things that need fixing. Chair in small bedroom wicker chair upstairs a had indentation which, blind in upstairs bathroom is broke on the bottom, one of the lights by the parking pad is broke, and the stove hood has a piece drooping. I sent picts to our contact thru a text but did not hear back. Also there is a light bulb out on the stove hood and upstairs bathroom. We loved the fire Pitt and wood supply."
