We had a great time on the island enjoying the sunrise on the back dock on the property, visiting the 4 beaches on the island which were lovely. The mile+ walk down to Stump Pass was worth the effort. We had a wonderful time on our quick 4 day vacation. We hope to return soon and would definetly rent this gem again. "This property is in a perfect location: easily walkable to the beach and easily walkable to the village. The host provides beach items (chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a trolley) towels and even a few toiletries if you forgot something. The property is clean and well furnished. The bedrooms rely on portable a/c units and fans, which can be a little noisy, but help keep the rooms cool in the intense Florida heat. "We came to Sarasota to celebrate my MIL’s 95th birthday. She resides at the Sarasota Bay club which is .6m from the property so it was very convenient. We found the property to clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, the AC worked well and the exterior was well lighted at night."

It was very well instructed for check in and check out, restaurants that are top favorites, the decor inside was extremely gorgeous. "We were there for 40 days, everything was really nice. Michelle met us when we checked in, and explained everything to us. We didn’t know that we were over a flight pattern from a private airport, so that got kind of loud. We did have a problem with the pool, but Robert the owner was great and tried to help with the situation. "We enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage. Honestly, it was nicer than the pictures portrayed, and the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to the beach, which had private access about 8 doors down. We found lots of small sharks teeth - a first for us! We would recommend!"

"This is such a great property to start at! The house is very clean, close to all shopping and beaches. It only took 15 minutes to get to all these places from this location. The property itself is beautiful with many amenities. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The property manager is amazing, she checked in via message x 2 while there to make sure we were comfortable.
