"The “hotel” was not what was expected. It is a B&B with limited air condition. The room was very hot with no fans. We sent a message to the host about fans but no response. Also, there is a safety issue in our room. There were wood beams that both my husband and I hit our heads on and the lighting was poor in the room. "

"Second stay at this property but got a 3 bed 2 bath cabin this time. Happy with most things could have had more housekeeping for a ten day stay. Great base to explore Tuscany excellent bar especially the staff as well as a nice restaurant "

I sent the staff several questions before our arrival and they were very responsive. They also helped us set up an airport ride in the morning."

The grounds are exceptionally gorgeous. The food is mind-blowingly excellent. The wine superb. The service incredible. We had the best time at our cooking class as we were grouped with 8 strangers who became friends by the end of the evening. The pool is enchanting, the room was huge and impeccably appointed. Wow.
