“very good”

“Great experience”

“Everything is good.”

“All staffs are nice and helpful. The rooms are too small when the room rates not cheap comparatively. Amenities are too old and not up to date, like the hair dryer, I wonder why the cord is so short not even 12” in length, really the 1st time I saw the shortest cord during all my travels. The plugs for charger are too slow, I need few hours time to finish charging my phones.. not really happy with the facilities of the hotel. My only appreciation is the staffs of all staffs.”

“This hotel is pretty old. The AC is noisy and is located right above my head, which is annoying. I won’t stay here going forward.”

“Improve parking conditions”

“When I went in my room place looks cleaned. Everything was in order. Very spacious. Bathroom, living room, bed room clean. Staff was very helpful. Unfortunately the TV in my room didnt work. They sent someone up but he couldnt get it to work Unfortunately. But other than that 10/10 i high recommend. They dont have their own parking Unfortunately. There is a little parking lot in the back $25 all day $30 overnight.”

“During a 9-night stay, service execution was inconsistent and poorly coordinated. At checkout, shortly after 11:00am, I was still in the room actively packing and asked for a moment to finish. Instead of a standard reminder, a staff member knocked and responded in a confrontational manner, asking, “You don’t know what time it is?” The interaction felt more like being pushed out than being assisted through checkout. On one occasion when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was not displayed, housekeeping……
