"It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. "

"Property exactly as described. Excellent communication with property manager with efficient check-in, check-out. Unit itself was very clean. Trash chute right beside the elevator was a bit smelly, though no fault of the unit’s owner. The one drawback was the many conditions/rules for staying. While I understand this is needed for some guests, it just left us feeling like we couldn’t fully relax. That said, I would stay here again."

"I have to start by saying I'm a tough marker--10's only go to the top few VRBO spots I've ever experienced. But this was a good spot for our vacation. We read some concerns about the neighbourhood, but feel this is overblown. Given that the closest neighbours are a senior citizen's centre and a vet clinic, it was not at all intimidating to us--felt comfortable walking around at all times. "Checking in and communicating with the manager was easy. It was a great space and the bed was wonderful. Only slightly odd items was the barn door to the bathroom was a little long and made it hard to close well. Cleaning and maintenance could have been slightly better but overall my significant other and I enjoyed the space and location in downtown Phoenix. I would recommend to a friend :)"

So we appreciated amenities like the elevator access from the parking garage and the walk in shower in the master bath. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was secluded enough to be an oasis from a busy world but also was perfect for being able to go to multiple shopping centers and nightlife close by and commuting to wherever we needed due to the proximity to major highways.
