“Un lugar muy bueno si quieres descansar y relajarte. Alejado del bullicio y tráfico, me gustó mucho”

“Awesome place! This is my third stay in a year and a half. It’s an nice place to relax, decompress and enjoy the pool, the beach, good buffets, nice à la carte restaurants, and if you just want to relax for a bit without doing to much, sometimes sitting in the lobby drinking margaritas, beers and more drinks is cool as well. The nightly shows are very nice too.”

“Good.”

“excelente la atención de todo el personal. la comida deliciosa.”

“非常理想的度假别墅”

“Great stay and great hotel staff.”

“This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,……

“Todo excelente, el lugar increíble, la comida rica, todos son muy atentos”

“Loved this sweet spot on the beach. It was a lovely room, effortless non-contact coming and going.”

“Excelente lugar”

“Akumal Natura was fine, but not great. Our min issue was mosquitos -- there are plenty of them, which didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoors that much. The rooms were okay but slightly dirty from the natural rooftop (straw and clay mix, I guess), some tree discard would go through. As for the cenotes, the deeper one was great - really pristine and peaceful; the shallow one was not very appealing due to sand and mud. The food was good but limited in options. The staff was very friendly, answered……

“The location on Soliman's Bay is stunning and protected from sargassum by the barrier reef. The hotel property is similarly stunning: beautiful rooms, a beautiful restaurant, a refreshing pool, and many well-appointed commons and recreational spaces. It's really beautifully designed--picturesque, architecturally impressive, relaxing, with scenic views over the mangroves and the bay, with abundant wildlife, and great swims. Snorkeling immediately in front of the hotel is not as good as the……

“We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved it! We would recommend a rental car if you are wanting to leave the resort. This is not in the busy resort area, it's a little bit outside of Tulum. We really liked not being in the busy area. This resort was also the best value that we saw for all-inclusive. One thing to note is this resort is part of Framissima, which is a French travel company. We were not aware and were surprised that nearly all the guests were French. We also kinda liked that we……

“Horrible lugar las habitaciones de lo más sucio cucarachas insectos y la playa está llena de zargaso con un olor horroroso que entra alas habitaciones fue como una pesadilla pasar una noche allí el inodoro se tapó al primer uso tuvimos que salir de ese lugar ala mañana siguiente nada es igual a las fotos que están en el anuncio de ese horrible lugar”

“Beautiful property, Staff went above and beyond in every way to accommodate and were extremely friendly. Had a great family experience here”

“The Spa is fabulous and the staff also. The rooms were very clean, but due to the humidity the floor was always damp.”

“Best resort we have ever been too. Room wa gorgeous a butlers went above and beyond beyond to make sure our room was stocked and that we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Good variety of food. So many activities and pools that we couldn’t fit everything into our trip. Will 100% be back”
