“it was great ”

“This was our 2nd stay at this hotel for my wife, and I and we came away more impressed than our 1st. stay. Let me start off by saying what a welcome by Joy who was at the front desk. She was very welcoming, Cheerful and attentive, even though she was new to her position. The room was nicely appointed with low comfortable beds, unlike those tall beds in other establishments that you need a step ladder to get into, full size refrigerator, a good size TV with lots of channels to view. Everywhere at……

“I ordered online, it shows all rooms have kitchen, but the one I lived didn’t. There wasn’t even a sofa in the room! The guy who checked us in wasn’t very friendly, I mean cold. Maybe he was not happy that day. As a over two hundred dollar room (including tax), I feel a little bit disappointed! Only thing good is it’s very convenient to get to the beach. ”
