"My family has stayed at this hotel several times and will stay again. it js a very nice hotel in a nice area. the hotel has been recently been remodeled, the lobby, eating area and rooms are very nice. the problems the hotel has continue to be the same though. the air condionier in the room didnt go below 69 and turned off several times during my stay. the wait times for the elevator are crazy long. they cant accomate the amount of guests with 3 elevators.
the pool is nice. its small and also cant accomadate the amount of people the hotel books everyday. there was a girls scoccer team in the hotel they took over the hotel. the fathers were in the lobby drunk and yelling till 1am. the teenage girls took over the pool and it was unusable to anyone else. staff did nothing.
there is a large breakfeast buffet with lots options. that is meh. its nothing to rave about. if you have had a hotel breakfast you have this. there are alot of resturants around ti choose from. traffic is good in the area, the mall is right down the road and Target is just a few miles away."
