The lobby and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and their shuttle was very convenient. If you are at the train station, they offer to pick you up whenever you are ready to return to your room. Our dinner and service was amazing. The food presentation was spectacular! The areas around the property allows for scenic, relaxing walks. The baths were also very clean and comfortable. I would strongly recommend Musashino Bekkan if you are staying in Hakone. "

Not only was the team quick to respond and incredibly caring, but one of the staff members even accompanied us in the ambulance and stayed by our side at the hospital to help us communicate with the doctors and medical staff. At the same time, the manager personally drove our children to the hospital so we could all be together as a family during this stressful moment.
