Police never called 830am person still in lobby smoking and uttering profanities and racial slurs. Front desk called him Mike and said he is off his meds. Guy evidently lives at hotel. Will never stay there again"

"Location was under going renovation and we stayed in a room that was falling apart somewhat. Heat was hard to regulate and bathroom was in serious need of renovation. Sure it looks better now after renovation is completed "

"The no contact check with the app key was seamless. However, the person at the desk watched us come in and didn’t greet or anything. I thought that was odd, but maybe that’s the standard if you check in online (shoulder shrug) . On a high note, the room was very clean and fresh, breakfast the next morning was hot and plentiful and tasty. Overall, it was a good one night stay. "

"Breakfast was great. Lot of parking. I paid for my room through Expedia in advance of my stay. I was charge a small security deposit but for some reason the room was also charge to my Visa.
