“The property was very convenient, close to everything. The location of the hotel was great, Newport was 25 minutes away, and the Scarbough Beach was 9 minutes ago. The Front Desk Receptionist was very welcoming, professional and friendly.”

“Nice cottages with very well equipped kitchen with dish washer oven stove coffee maker toaster and even a blender, everything you have at home. Laundry is quite convenient, heavy duty washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom is well designed. The sofa bed downstairs wasnt too comfy but acceptable. Checkin/out were all self service instructed thru emails. overall quite a pleasant stay at this lovely place.”

“We had a wonderful overnight at Phil & Ann's. First, the room was icy cold when we walked in - someone had thoughtfully put on the AC before we arrived so it would be comfortable. Everything was brand new - new paint, new large Fridge, new towels, etc -- and very clean. The property has a nice pool, plus shuffleboard, large grassy area, a volleyball net and a great fire pit area. Our villa/room had its own large tree and 2 chairs to lounge in, plus a picnic table. We had a great time. ……
