“Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room.”

“No air-con; the provided electrical fan was not working; sound proofing of the room was poor, I could hear the noise from my next room!”

“We've booked a room with 2 double beds for a family trip. The room is just right and the kettle and cups were put next to the bed. The locatio is great. There're lots of cafe and restqurants around. It took about 10 min to wall to the Qeent Street Station and the Central Station.”

“lovely house with all amentirs, living room is excelent, has return to home feel. dinner in the room is perfectly for traveller. you must drive because it is far from town ”

“This is an excellent hotel. Before even arriving - the staff are super friendly and helpful. I had a few requests for a special occasion I had planned and they were so accommodating of them and really went above and beyond it make it a special night - the staff are brilliant! We had the grand deluxe suit booked with is a really lovely room - specious, super comfy, quiet, private. A deep, free standing bath and separate rainfall shower area in the bathroom were both lovely. Speakers and tv’s in……

“I stayed for two nights in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. Iron and iron board were provided. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. It will be better if vendoring machine selling drinks is available. Also they forgot to clean my room after the first night, so I give them 4/5.”

“room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.”
