“Lovely building, super nice staff, great food”

“Staff, room, service, internet service, and location were all excellent. Everything was maintained in spotlessly clean condition. The service felt genuine and personal. The area felt very secure, with no overly intrusive security presence. I could not be happier with my selection of places to stay. I would have liked 24-hour room service, but it was a minor inconvenience, as good food and drinks from street vendors were always available and only a 4-minute walk from the hotel. ”

“Breakfast was exceptional. Staff was exceptional with answering questions of dinner recommendations. They also assisted with booking a car for the airport. Then a car to cruisport. I would recommend this property. Rooftop pool is nice with beautiful views. ”

“Casa Quero is a lovely boutique hotel. It is in a great location that is close to many shops snd restaurants. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The breakfast had fresh fruit and orange juice everyday. I chose a made to order omelette each day which was delicious. I would definitely stay there again!”

“I am requesting a refund for this stay. My second day in the house the ceiling was leaking. I came back after a night out to my Louis Vuitton luggage being destroyed and the clothes in my suitcase destroyed bc the ceiling had leaked onto my items for what had seem to be hours. I contacted the property manager and he sent someone to check on the Problem but the damage had already been done at this point.”
