Christmas 2024

Stayed to spend time with my son for Christmas! Very conveniently located to lots of attractions. Very nice place and decor. Was confused upon arrival didn’t know it was a garage converted to a two bedroom apartment! But very nice on the inside! Neighbor hood wasn’t the best looking but very quiet and no problems at all. Will definitely book again

Perfect CO Springs Getaway!

This was a perfect home away from home for a long weekend in Colorado Springs. The house is comfy, cozy, and clean. Kaitlyn’s communication is amazing and the home was well stocked with essentials like coffee, shampoo, etc! Location is quiet and safe at night with private parking. We ended up cooking in each night because the house felt so cozy and homey. It was a short walk to downtown and a short drive to tons of awesome hiking. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Terrible neighborhood, felt unsafe

This unit is in a converted garage, and is in a terrible neighborhood. Two homes immediately adjacent are falling apart with old vehicles out front. It did not feel safe. I never even set my things down. The vinyl planking in the bedroom is obviously covering rotten floors next to the bed. The entire apartment smelled like a box of carpet fresh had been poured throughout. I had a headache the moment I stepped in. When I left after about 2 minutes the door would not lock behind me. All the property owner would say was that they hand hundreds of customers and had never had a complaint. Which is interesting because they only had two reviews. I stayed in a best western, but did not receive any money back from the owner. Also, I have stayed in dozens of rental homes and have never left a bad review. Even when a place was just mediocre.

Very Nice

This property was very nice! The house was clean & in a good location. The AC worked great, I loved how Kaitlyn left a small basket of snacks, waters, & even a few complimentary alcoholic beverages. Things that we weren’t aware of, but definitely aren’t deal breakers. There is a very big step down from the front door to the living room. I’m not sure why, but I don’t look down when I walk so that was a major surprise for me. Maybe a watch your step sign on the front door to help prevent future accidents. There is also a small step up to each bedroom & 2 steps up to the kitchen/bathroom. The shower is very large and nice! (Kaitlyn I would suggest adding a small shower bench or something like that to make it easier for women to shave their legs.) I LOVE the shampoo & conditioner you provided. My hair felt so soft & I would love to know what brand that was. I would also recommend that you hang a mirror up behind the kitchen sink simply because that’s where some of us brushed our teeth and it would have been nice to have a mirror to make sure nothing was left on our face, but again not a deal breaker. I really loved the desk & mirror in the master. It was a perfect set up for me to do my hair and makeup. The mattresses in each room are very firm. The pull out bed on the living sofa is softer than the bedrooms. If you love a firm mattress then you will love them. If you are like me and my husband we prefer sleeping on a cloud. We ended up purchasing a mattress topper for us to sleep on after the first night which helped a ton. Our family really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend it to others! Thank you again Kaitlyn & we hope to be back in the future!!
