「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「The initial room assigned presented several sanitation concerns, including a malodorous bathroom with mildew in the shower, a soiled refrigerator, and a pervasive musty odor. Upon contacting the reception desk, the representative courteously provided an alternative room. While the second room was generally acceptable, it was noted that a pillowcase exhibited cosmetic stains. Additionally, the elevators were observed to be exceptionally noisy, suggesting a need for maintenance.」

「Our room smelled musty. No housekeeping, had to ask for towels. We stayed here 4 nights, I would not choose this hotel again. Breakfast was luke warm coffee and yogurts in a bowl of melted ice. Not impressed. Just my humble opinion.」

Had to wait on room at check-in time at 3:00pm was told that the room was not ready. The staff was friendly and polite. I thought the price was inflated for one night stay and will not consider using a indirect entity again. The elevator was extremely slow. 「The room was clean however, the screen in the window was ripped, my tv didn’t work (they did fix it), the room was just dated, looked as if it hadn’t been updated or maintained in a long time. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and the coffee was good. Don’t expect a lot but then again, the price of the room does reflect the condition.」

「This was a great place for a couple to unwind. Add some spice perhaps. The host answered my late night messages and was attentive. I loved the decor. It was fitting. The only negative thing I could say was, although not appealing but needed was,trash cans.」

「We had a wonderful , quiet and cozy stay. Met some funny and hungry donkeys and saw some gorgeous working pyrs. The host maintained great communication with us and was so helpful and accommodating! We will miss Jasper's morning visits for his breakfast carrots. H'ell let ya know when he son the way 」
