「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「We stayed at the Hotel from September 24-27, 2025. A very good experience with the hotel, very friendly staff, very varied and good breakfast. What I loved the most was its location where you have all the restaurants and fast food, gasoline pharmacy and shopping very close to the hotel!! 「The hotel looked nothing like t he one photo they had posted at hotels.com. there were dead crickets in the bathroom and under the sink and behind the door. The room had a terrible odor and smelled of cigarette and mold. The air conditioner was dirty and you could see a yellowish smoke stain in the face of the ac unit. 「This place is awesome. It was just what we needed to enjoy our first family vacation! It is very cozy and was an ideal location, too! Google Escape the Park and it’s down the road!The only reason I added a 4-star to one of the sections was because there was a big ole RV parked in our view of Mt. Scott.
