"We booked and paid for a handicapped room with a King-sized bed on Expedia the night before our stay. When we got there, they didn't have any of these rooms available. They blamed Expedia for advertising a room that wasn't available and suggested I call Expedia. Not satisfied with their response. They should take responsibility for the goof-up. I won't be staying at this Red Lion, nor any of their others,"

"It was an acceptable hotel for what it was, something inexpensive. The room was very small, but it was clean and the bathroom was functional. The breakfast wasn't more than cold cereal, but it was included. Overall, I would stay here again if price was the biggest constraint."
