「We enjoyed our stay at the Concord Cottage very much. The house was exactly as pictured. I would definitely give it 5 stars. The only suggestion I would make is a TV in the family room for those unable to climb the stairs. The birds that had built a nest in the wreath on the door were an added surprise when they flew into the house when I opened the door. It took a while, but we were able to catch and release them back outside. I would definitely stay again when I return to TN.」

「Everything was just perfect,my sister and I took our daughters for a Mother’s Day celebration,the house was super furnished plus extras,we walked so many places and took a Uber downtown,I will definitely recommend this and hope we get another chance to stay there,loved the neighborhood,thank you very much for your top notch communication and allowing us into your home,jody」

「Stayed 3 nights. Hiked at nearby Percy Priest lake part. Totally invites you to unplug, slow down and REST. We are making plans to return in the fall.」

「6 of us stayed at the house to visit family in nearby Castalian Springs . We took a day trip to Nashville and a night trip there the next day. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub, the home was clean and spacious. Owner was helpful and kind. We saw lots of deer on the property and enjoyed being near family for a short visit. Had groceries delivered with no problem. The weather during our stay was too cold to enjoy a lot of time on the deck but it was a great space for when it warms up a...

「Hubby and I absolutely loved this adorable private, comfortable guesthouse and charming, low-key neighborhood! We’re so glad we stayed here vs the craziness of downtown Nashville; we walked to amazing restaurants, bars with live music, and shops daily, and had only a short Uber ride into downtown. Shane, Kate, & Cooper were also the best hosts— kind, accommodating, and detailed. We highly recommend staying here!!!」

「We were absolutely blown away by this aparthotel! 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, full kitchen and washer and dryer. We had so much space and could really relax in a home away from home setting. Beds were comfortable, loved the rainfall showers! Fantastic rooftop area and great place to watch sunset. Location only 5-6 min drive from downtown area. Lots of choices of walkable restaurants in the area. Owners very responsive. Would highly recommend!」
