From the unit itself with the private Balcony, to the incredible hosts and then the location (one block in from the middle of the Duval street) we could have not asked for more. So close to everything yet far enough not to hear all the fun taking place daily. The daily breakfasts and the happy hour are perfect to get to day started and then the evening. “We had just a short 3 night stay. All the extra little touches made our stay special. Such as; A bottle of wine to welcome us, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and ice machine for us to use anytime. Free happy hour drinks gave us a chance to meet people. The location was perfect for walking to Duval St restaurants and shopping. Kevin and Heather were very good to us. ”
