「We just needed a place for a couple of nights so that we could make the day trip to Dry Tortugas NP. This fit the bill! It wasn’t fancy but we felt safe and were easily able to fit our family of 5. But I wouldn’t have stayed for longer than 2 nights as we would’ve been cramped. We had everything we needed and all the necessary instructions ahead of time. And the view off of the back deck was pretty incredible! Also, if you don’t have a sound machine, be prepared for a rooster alarm clock!」

「We stayed for four nights. They have ample beds, a nice tv, a large kitchen, and many parking spots. There are not many walkable beaches but there is a couple of good restaurants nearby. We had a great time, everything was nice, and everything was as listed. I would rent again. 」

「House needs maintenance. It was ready when we arrived, cleaned, great location, lots of restaurants, everything worked, we had our boat, dock was good but again needed some love. Outdoor furniture needs an upgrade. All together we were happy with our stay. 」

「The house is special, it transmits a lot of peace next to that spectacular dock where the fishing is fabulous, everything is very clean and well equipped with cauldrons etc.I will be back 100%」

「Nice place, listing was accurate and as shown in photos. Had a few bugs the first night in the bathrooms and contacted the property manager who came and sprayed the next morning. Took care of the issue…on the water so expected some bugs. Being on the water was nice and relaxing. Overall good experience! 」

「Property was exactly as described. Good Quiet neighborhood. Road access is a bit tight, but its key west, everyhting is tight. we drove a minivan in and it was fine, anything larger would be real tight getting in and out of the garages, but doable.」

「Definitely need to update the property. Day to day cleanliness was good but many burnt out light bulbs or mismatched bulbs. A coat of paint and updated furniture would help. House A has no view of the water and may have chosen a different place in the complex if i had known. Pool was well taken care of and lots of privacy by the home. Convenient to Key west and lots of good local restaurant choices. Beds were very comfortable. 」
