「Check-in was quick (even though Digital Key was not working) and commons area was clean and several different areas available to relax, outside of our room.」

「Didn’t use valet but they were very nice. Front desk staff were super nice. The new, I think, front desk manager was very sweet and sent some snacks and a bottle of wine to the room for my birthday. The room was clean and spacious. Overall a great experience. Grab a beer from the Pour House but don’t get food. Saw one of the servers take a couple fries at host station off someone’s order before it was taken out to them. That’s a huge no no for me. 」

「I chose our stay in Charleston, based on the location, The French Quarter, the Inn’s photographs seen on their listing and pricing. Unfortunately this historic winter ice storm “Fern”, spanning across much of the country prevented us from enjoying the area due to the cold and wind, but the photos of the Inn were spot on. The interior of the building was amazing, our room was very spacious and gorgeous. The building’s exposed (painted) exterior brick walls and massive wood post and beam...
