「I had a 5 day stay at this unit. The location was very good. Great shops and restaurants within short walking distance. There was ample parking always available. The unit itself was as described and clean. I enjoyed having a deck where I could sit. The unit was very quiet. Neighbors were friendly. The gym was very well kept with machines and weights. I would gladly stay here again.」

「Overall a great place to stay. Location is excellent, Birkdale Village has all the amenities you need. Apartment is good, well stocked and comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved on, however when brought to managers attention they offered to deal with it right away. Only drawback is people cleaning sidealks weekly with pressure washer very early inbthe morning. Overall would recommend.」

「The word “luxury” is not accurate for this listing. If all you are looking for is a quiet place to stay for the night, this is great. There are good aspects to this house. It’s not far from the city center, quiet neighborhood, and has new appliances including laundry which was very useful. Our issues were the overall wear and tear - smudges and missing paint. The sink in the bathroom is beautiful but the faucet was loose and felt like it was going to fall off. There were no towels until we...
