East Austin Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Clean, comfortable, no issues. Parking was more affordable than most overnight places in the area and my vehicle felt safe. Restaurant on site was good and lots of restaurants/bars within walking distance. Would stay again"
Hilton Garden Inn Austin University Capitol District
10/10 Excellent
"Location to UT campus was great; lots of valet attendants if you have a car. Stayed on a weekend, so we paid for brunch one day. It was expensive, but had a vast selection for a buffet and the food was excellent. The only thing I would comment on that could improve is the security. We walked right in and went straight into the elevator and up to our room, without needing our key to use the elevator or anyone asking us anything. It is a safe place and lots of people around, but I would definitely put a keycard lock on the stairwells and elevators."
"Loved the hotel, and the location was super. However best part of the stay was the front desk staff, really amazing. Can't wait to stay at Royal again. "
"Had a girls weekend with my daughters. We loved every second of our stay. They keep talking about how this is their favorite hotel ever! They are 10&16"
"Our stay was perfect. The room was great. The pool was amazing.! however there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel. Not the fault of the hotel just want everyone to be aware. There is a lot of construction."
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Austin Capitol / Downtown

"The towels were stained the beds were stained. The door does not lock or is secure. We had to put out chair between the bed and the door and the door still opens that way. There’s a big hole in one of the outlets. The carpet feel slimy. There’s no cold water in the bathtub. The paint is chipped all over. Just a terrible building."
