“We spent 4 nights in this hotel. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is clean and beautiful. The food in Tree Bar is very tasty and with live music in certain time. The pools are clean. Spa facility is very good. We had 2 spa 2 days in a roll. In general, I enjoyed this trip very much!”

“The furniture are old. There were wood lices found. No hook in the bathroom. No USB port installed. The toothbrushes were broken. The breakast restaurant was chaotic and messy. Food was not refilled fast enough. Not enough escalators, waiting time for escalator was long. ”

“I am impressed by the friendly staff and the hospitality of the hotel. There are a 30-minute complimentary spa and a food voucher upon checking in. I am particularly thankful to the restaurant manager who allows me to take away some food for lunch since check-out time is 11am and shuttle bus to airport departs at noon. ”

“地點適中，附近多食店，酒店泳池非常棒，但健身房細小及環境不合格，早餐選擇不多，員工非常友善，房間尚算清潔，但隔音麻麻，總括可以再次入住。”

“Everything is perfect, employees are always smiling and friendly, food is great and location is good. But the carpet in the room is shedding everywhere, even after room cleaning. The carpet should be removed in the riom.”
