「Beautiful hotel! Great staff! Our rooms were newly renovated and the hotel was immaculate. We had rooms on the 26th, 29th and 32nd floors and all had amazing views. The hotel was also just across the street from the Convention Center where we had an event to attend. It was perfect. 」

「breakfast at 16 commons was great, for our business breakfasts-barely any choices for non-dairy eater. Lunch was better for my diet restrictions. drinks in coolers were never cold. Towels are terrible, they are like sandpaper and don't absorb well. I did not need service daily and thought it said every other day, hung towels up and were replaced daily. meetings spaces were actually comfortable, usually they are freezing but no issues. 」
