「The flat was really clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen, including a washer/dryer. Heating and hot water was very efficient (and much appreciated after a windy day on the hills). Very easy to visit by train. The little shop is less than 5 minutes away and is well stocked and the bakery does lovely pastries and a range of other things. 「Lovely apartment with a very comfy bed . Area is beautiful and with the mill being next to the Monsal trail the position was perfect for us. Good games room available for anyone not tired enough after walking and the apartment had smart to if you just want to chill. Only a couple of things that stopped this being a 5 star rating for us. Firstly the two sofas are very uncomfortable so not good for relaxing on and secondly the windows could not be opened due to a fault which the owner knew about....

「WISH WE HADN’T!!! . No lights at all working on communal stairs so pitch black up to top floor apartment apartment. Stuff from other flats left on stairs so added to trip hazard. Kitchen poorly equipped , we had to go and buy something to cook in , no bread board , peeler etc. oven was disgusting, oily and old burnt food left in it . communication on location and flat number very poor so we ended up knocking on other people’s doors until we got a call from Vrbo finally .
