“It’s listed as a 5 star but it’s more of a 3 star resort. Food was mediocre at best. After our stay in Princess Yucatán in Sept 2025 (which is a luxury 5 star resort with exquisite food), we were excited for the food and the restaurants, but it was such a let down. Buffets were bad to mediocre. The steakhouse was so terrible. Now saying that, the à la cartes are better quality. The Alux was the best and most delicious food I had there so I would recommend that restaurant. The seafood is good,……
