“This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic……

“Absolutely a gem ! Beautiful spotless, thatched rooms and all with ocean view and private beach. Resort has own restaurant and at the helm is Martin. A man of detail. Staff from Juanita, Franco to Emi were top class. Front of house and welcome was spectacular. Our 2nd time here but not our last. Stunning”

“The room had a rustic feel while still being clean, modern and safe. Hot water everyday with air conditioner. The patio faces a small yard below and wall but you still hear all of the sounds of nature and can see the gorgeous trees and warm rain! The breakfast has a limited menu but delicious every morning! We were able to park on premises without issue every day and At night, someone is there to let you in the locked front entrance. It was a bit quiet during our stay and not a lot going on, but……
