「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「This was a great hotel to stay out prior to our cruise. It was very elegant, clean, and had different activities to do. The pool area was great for our family and every single one of the staff members was very helpful. We could not have asked for better service. We most definitely want to stay here again and try the steakhouse. If you want to splurge and have a great time at Galveston, do not hesitate to book this hotel because you will not regret it.」

When we checked in, we were tricked into signing up for a sales presentation. When I tried to get out of it, I discovered we would be penalized a $50 fee if we didn't endure it since we had technically agreed to it, even though it wasn't adequately explained at check in.
