Their service staff is very friendly and will assist you very well with things to do at the top of the mountain to fix inconveniences. The rooms are slightly smaller than similarly priced hotels, but I think the starry sky at night definitely makes up for it, and the balcony on the side of the house offers a great starry sky experience. “Heated Pool was not heated, staff was not helpful or knowledglable to really answer any questions or give directions.
