"The Public was an amazing experience! The only reason a put a 4 star instead of 5, is because there is a $105 mandatory charge before you can check in. It gives you access to the roof and wifi, but $100 is too much to charge! Other than that, the room was fantastic, every employee we interacted with was amazing. "

We told him about the ac and he said it wasn’t communicated to him or anyone else.
