「Absolutely lovely stay! The room and the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make you feel as special as the beautiful suite. The only things I wasn't thrilled about was that you need to enter and exit through the Michelin star restaurant. Slightly uncomfortable if you want to go outside for a smoke in the evening, but the staff didn't make us feel uncomfortable about it. Also, maybe some rugs would help. The 3rd floor room every evening sounded like people were dragging...

「While I’m still traveling Europe, I’m currently on my 21st country and this place is one of my favorite places I stayed. A piece of advice for other travelers though, make sure you type in the address of the hostel and make sure it correlates with where it’s at bc I typed in the name and it sent me to another place on the other side of the river. Also the local tram is super convenient and right on the other side of the street.」

「The hotel is conveniently located by walking distance to old town about 20-25 minutes by walk and only 15 min to Wawel castle. The room is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet, yet the neighborhood is not perfect. On the way walking to #179 or #304 bus station, it needs go under a turned which is dirty. 「Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.」
