"Incredible hotel. One of the nicest I've ever stayed in. The saloon downstairs had amazing music and food and the rooms were gorgeous. Very walkable and easy to park. The staff was very great and they clearly take pride in this hotel. "

"Great reception for our pet and good location with respect to Durango attractions. The room was quiet and very clean."

"Suite rooms were large, clean and had updated bathrooms. Lighting in the room could be improved. Breakfast has good selections and changes every day. We rented 3 rooms and the garbage dispenser broke in in one of the rooms but otherwise stay was uneventful. There was a confusion with our late check out, the lady in the front desk said we could check out by 3 pm but we started getting calls from the hotel to check out at the regular time. Apparently, the lady did not know that check out could only be extended till 2 pm. The hotel however honored our original request to check out at 4 pm."

"Pool and hot area clean and kept well. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom somewhat clean there was a contact on the shower wall that wasn’t ours! The night stand draw would not stay closed has to rig it with paper not open and hit our legs, the thermostat on the wall could not read it! Nothing didn’t know if was on heat or cooling or the temp of the room! "
