“The location of this unit is awesome. You find yourself in the middle of everything Richmond has to offer. The fact that it is the old Floodzone was super cool! I saw a few shows in there during the 1990s. The interior of the unit was super clean and probably had the nicest furniture of any of the VRBOs we have stayed. Parking is a bit tight as it is street parking. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the lobby area had trash and there was leaking pipe,from the second floor,……

“This makes the second Moxy we have stayed at and both times it did not disappoint. In fact this trip we seek out a Moxy because of experience at the one in Kentucky. All staff members we interacted with from the valet attendant to check in and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing pool and some other games in the lobby and always enjoy the laid-back and trendy atmosphere. We took a nice walk from the hotel to the riverfront, which was beautiful at sunset.”
