“Great place to stay—location is fantastic, there’s a little stove/fridge/laundry which makes things so much more convenient, and it was a smooth check in. The only thing is that it was extremely hot in the rooms—I was there during a heat wave so it was understandable, but it was 33 degrees in the room which made it tough to sleep. They have fans, but the window only opens a tiny bit, so couldn’t get the cooler air in overnight. Being able to open the window more would help this a lot! Otherwise,……

“Worst night sleep I’ve had for a while. There are bars right outside and they will keep you up until the people go home. “We were forced to pay £40 cleaning fee otherwise couldn't have checked in. This wasn't advertised on the property page, neither during booking. The windows didn't open, which was a huge problem given that the outdoors temperature was 30+, indoors must have been 40+. No air conditioning, only a fan. The shower didn't work. It was an electric shower that produced either cold, either scolding hot water. Sometimes no water, just some terrible noise. One of the radiators kept falling off the wall.”

“The pictures of the kitchen and livingroom was not from the apartement we got. The pictures shown were a very big reason why we choose that accommodation. The apartemnt we got wasn't worth that much money. There where no coffeemaker as promised and the legs on the kitchen table where loose it almost fell apart. The location was perfect, cloose to London bridge station and the Metro and shops to buy food.”
