“People at reception is very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is alittle far from London downtown (30mins by tube). It also takes about 30~45 mins to King's Cross Station and Paddington Station. Moreover, the quality of breakfast should be improved.”

“I had a booking reserved with a pay for the stay on arrival, apparently after waiting over an hour this option was not available and they cancelled my booking. Left stranded in London trying to find somewhere else on a busy Saturday afternoon.
Would never recommend trying to stay there.
Booked through hotels. Com, they were not helpful either”

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations:
The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage.
The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged.
The bathrobes in the wardrobe……
