「The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. 「This cabin is a gem! It was spotless and everything was perfect. Excellent spot for multiple couples or families who enjoy privacy. Check in was the easiest ever in my history of hotels and cabins and the management always responded quickly. Would give 6 stars if I could. Excellent, and we will be back. 」

「We had an overnight stay here due to visiting UT-Chattanooga and attending a basketball game at the school. We checked into the hotel late, but didn’t fully realize what kind of room we had as this was our first stay at this hotel. We were blown away by the amount of space we had, the cleanliness, the kitchen, etc. Not only was our room top tier, the hotel attendants were great! 「This property is “dog friendly”, which equaled no sleep all night for our family due to the two dogs in the room next to us and one across the hall barking excessively almost all night and upstairs neighbors who thought stomping would somehow help the situation. The beds were very uncomfortable and you could feel every spring and the food within the hotel was very overpriced. The pool was swimable but the “hot tub” was unfortunately luke warm at best. 「I selected this property bc they indicated pets were welcome. I needed two rooms. One for my small dog and I and one for my daughter's family. I didn't have issue with the additional pet fee as I have traveled and paid in the past at other hotels. What was disturbing was the furniture in the pet room. It belonged in the dumpster it was so old and worn I was speechless. And I can assure you this was not pet damage, this was old worn out pealing leather down to the fabric.
