Tried to cancel but was continually referred to the terms and conditions, think this happens quite regularly when you read reviews on other platforms. Don't forget, if you do decide to go, you'll need to make a further deposit! Disappointing but lesson learnt.」

The worst thing was the two different fees I was asked to pay, I was sent two different links for the same room (payment method) two links to pay £200.00, then I was sent a further two links to pay £100.00. therefore, I reported you, hopefully it can get my money back. Its a small bed & breakfast hotel but without breakfast service, cost EUR 4 if you like to buy their breakfast box from frant desk, but really it doesn't matter, there is a Mac Donold just at the cornor of Hyde Park.」
