「Pictures and amenities were not the same as the pictures. No way to get a refund. It's fraud.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The house itself was beautiful, equipped with all the facilities we could possibly need. On top of that, the view was absolutely fantastic – a perfect place to relax and enjoy.」

「Host and family were very welcoming and friendly. Every time in passing, the host checked that everything was ok or if anything was needed. The unit is the whole basement of a very large house. Very spacious. Unit is supplied with everything you need. TV subscriptions were very extensive. I found more options than I could watch in a year.The picture of the entry way stairs is misleading it is NOT as steep or tight as it looks in the picture. It's a hard angle to get a good picture of.」

「Host left a little note, but even though host lived in attached house we had no interaction.There was a significant snow storm….still no communication from host nor from rental management company. Drive was never plowed nor walks shoveled…..we had no shovel.」
